Managing your subscription
Where to find your subscription details
Go to Settings in the left navigation, then select Subscription. This page shows:
- Your current plan (Foundation, Starter, Professional, or Agency)
- Your billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Your next billing date
- Your payment method on file
- A link to your billing history
Updating your payment details
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Select Update payment method
- Enter your new card details in the payment form
- Select Save
Your updated payment method will be used for the next billing cycle. The change takes effect immediately.
Billing cycle
Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month (the date you first activated your paid plan). Annual plans are billed once per year on the same date.
If you are on a paid plan that was activated before 1 July 2026, your first charge was A$0 — billing started automatically on 1 July 2026.

Invoices
Past invoices are available in Settings → Subscription → Billing history. Select any invoice to download a PDF copy.
