Key differences at a glance
Foundation is a free preparation tier. It lets you explore the tool, take the readiness quiz, and see your compliance gaps. It is not a full compliance solution — the 5-client cap means it is not suitable for ongoing operations.
Starter is suited to sole operators or buyer’s agents with a straightforward client list. It includes unlimited CDD, full DFAT screening, and the program generator — but does not include automated re-screening or SMR drafting.
Professional adds automated ongoing monitoring, AI-assisted SMR drafting, white-label verification pages, and team access for up to 5 users. This is the recommended tier for most small agencies with 2–10 staff.
Agency is designed for larger or multi-office agencies. It supports unlimited users, up to 3 office locations under one ABN, and includes DVS electronic verification checks in the base price.

- Billed monthly via Paddle; annual billing available with approximately 30% discount
- Paid plans activated before 1 July 2026 are free until that date — billing starts automatically on 1 July
